Styles & Finishes
Cabinet door styles & finishes
The door style sets the whole personality of a kitchen or closet. These are the styles our Toronto clients ask for most — every photo below is a real Legnoux project. At your consultation you can see and touch samples of each at our North York studio.
Door styles
Flat-panel (slab)
The modern default: clean, handleless lines that let the material — and the lighting — do the talking. Push-to-open or integrated pulls.
Shaker
Timeless and versatile. A recessed centre panel that works in classic white or a bold colour, and pairs beautifully with brass hardware.
Fluted / reeded
Vertical grooves that catch light and shadow — our signature texture for islands, vanities and feature walls.
Glass-front
For display cabinets, bars and hutches. Clear or reeded glass with interior lighting turns storage into a feature.
Finishes
Natural white oak
Warm, light and quietly luxurious — the finish behind most of our recent kitchens.
Walnut
Deep, rich grain for libraries, serveries and statement pieces.
Painted
Any colour, perfectly smooth — from classic white to this two-tone sage our clients love.
Matte black
Dramatic and architectural — bars, media walls and bold kitchens, usually with hidden LED.
