Free Timeline Estimator

How long will your project take?

Custom millwork isn’t off a shelf — it’s measured, drawn, built and installed for your home alone. This estimator maps your project through its three real phases and gives you an honest range in weeks, the way Toronto projects like yours usually run.

Renovation work too?Demolition, flooring and wall work by our own in-house team — adds roughly 1–3 weeks, scheduled around the millwork.

01

Design & measurement

We measure your space, draw your project and choose materials together — Legnoux samples in hand, nothing guessed.

Phase 1
02

Workshop build

Your millwork is built to order in our Toronto workshop — cut, finished and assembled for your home alone.

Phase 2
03

Delivery & installation

Our own crew delivers, installs and walks the finished work through with you, hinge by hinge.

Phase 3

The clock starts once your design is signed off — measurement, drawings and material picks done. These are honest planning ranges, not a promise of fixed dates: design changes, special-order materials and what we find behind old walls can move them. Your exact schedule is confirmed in writing before you sign, and we flag any delay the moment we see it.

What can move your timeline

Design changes — every revision re-opens a little of phase 1
Special-order materials — a rare slab or imported finish takes longer to land
Site surprises — older homes hide wiring, plumbing and out-of-square walls
Scope added mid-build — that extra wall of built-ins joins the plan honestly
Panel-ready appliances — cabinet panels are timed to appliance deliveries
Permits — most millwork needs none; structural wall changes can add a wait

Quick questions

Is this a promise? No — it’s an honest planning range based on how projects like yours usually run, not fixed dates. Before you sign anything, we confirm your project’s exact schedule in writing, and if anything threatens it, you hear from us as soon as we know.

When does the clock start? At design sign-off — once your space is measured, the drawings are approved and your materials are picked. That’s the moment your project enters the workshop queue.

Can it go faster? Sometimes. A straightforward layout and materials from our own books can trim the build phase — but we won’t rush the workshop work itself. A week saved is never worth a hinge that sags in a year.

What if I need renovation work too? Our own renovation team handles demolition, walls and flooring alongside the millwork — typically adding about 1–3 weeks, all on the same schedule. One contract, one team; you never hire a second contractor.
