One year of workmanship warranty — in writing
Every Legnoux installation comes with a 1-year workmanship warranty. If something we built or installed fails because of how it was made or fitted, we come back and make it right — free. Like any serious manufacturer — a car maker included — a warranty works together with basic care. Here is exactly what that means.
What the warranty covers
- Defects in workmanship: doors, drawers and panels we built and installed
- Alignment and operation of doors, drawers and hardware as installed
- Joint or finish failures that appear under normal household use
- Installation issues with built-ins, panels and trim we fitted
The care conditions (simple and fair)
- Keep indoor humidity in a normal range (roughly 35–55%) — wood moves when a home is very dry or very damp
- Clean with a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive products
- Wipe spills and standing water promptly, especially around sinks and dishwashers
- Tell us about leaks or water events near the millwork as soon as you notice them
What it doesn't cover
- Accidental or impact damage, misuse, or overloading beyond normal use
- Water damage caused by plumbing, appliances or other trades
- Damage from harsh chemicals, abrasives or steam cleaners
- Work altered, moved or repaired by others after our installation
- Normal wear, and the appliances themselves (covered by their manufacturers)
How to make a claim
Call +1 (437) 580-3990 or email legnoux.team@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll schedule an inspection, and if it's a covered workmanship defect, the repair is on us.
How payment works — staged and fair
You never pay ahead of the work. Our schedule on every project: 50% when you sign the contract, 30% when your finished pieces are delivered, and the final 20% after installation is complete and you've walked through it with us.
